Le Marais was once a former wine and prune producer, previously occupied by the same family for over 200 years.
The estate comprises of 87 acres (35hA) of pasture and ancient plum orchards.
There are multiple outbuildings including separate dependencies (18th century perigourdine style maison) as well as the old wine chai, multiple barns and ateliers.
